As I've written before, the Nazi's propaganda posters are in general artistically terrible.  This example is no exception.  Hindenburg and Hitler look like cardboard cutouts.  Unlike other totalitarians and others, which never shied away from using artistic talent, apparently failed artists did not care to be reminded of their lack thereof.
